Approximately 12 years ago, I ruptured a disc at L4/L5 and had a discectomy performed. Over the last twelve years I've felt a large amount of scar tissue around my surgical incision. This tissue flet very tight and sore to the touch. Additionly, I had an MRI and was told I have severe degenerative disc disease and several bulging discs.
About 5 months ago I started experiencing thigh pain and a burning sensation dowm my right leg. My lower back has felt very tight and somewhat sore for years.
In early December Istarted receiving back decompression treatments. Small, but noticeable improvements started within the first week of treatment. These improvements continued throughout the entire 8 week program. I attribute this treatment regime to the following:

3. Leg pain and burning sensation-95% eliminated.
Yesterday, I had an aggressive 5 mile (2 hour) hike over very hilly terrain. When I awoke this morning, my back and leg felt better than they felt in over 6 months. I haven't been able to walk over this terrain and experience no pain in over 6 months. I can't wait to resume golf, biking and more hiking!
